Adding an event to your ediaro events and membership portal is simple, follow the process below:

  1. Login to admin backend at and input your username and password.
  2. Click on events menu
  3. At the top right hand corner of the page click on “START NEW EVENT”
  4. Enter event details, such as topic (title of the event), description etc.
    Click Add entry fee to set the amount to be charged for the event/training.
    Click Reg’s Transparency. Leave as default (ONLY ADMIN) for only admin to see the total number of registered participants on the site. Alternatively, Click on it and select ALL for both admin and potential participant to know the total number of registered participants expected (This is great if you are expecting huge crowd at the event.)
  5. Click SUBMIT to complete the event publication process.
